FRUSTRATED MUCH !!!

I am very frustrated!!! My debit order did not go off and i contacted the correct departments 4 times already which i have record off!!! They still did not debit my account like i requested and now they want to add arears on the account which is not acceptable at all!!! As my phone line is locked because of their negligence!!! And i don't know which way to go anymore!!! i have always paid my account on time and i have been a loyal customer to MTN for MANY YEARS!!!
