FRUSTRATED MTN CUSTOMER
For the past three days I've been trying to cancel my mobile phone contract with MTN with no luck. Dialling ********** , got these ref. no. ********** 55 and ref. no. ********** 20. After the verification they put me through to the retention department and got cut-off after 5-10 minutes holding for assistance. Please help, where or how can i get this contract cancelled. the direct number given doesnt seem to be a correct number.
