FRUSTRATED!!! default at experian ITC
MTN listed my name as DEFAULT payer in May 2014. i paid up to date and they even gave me an Apple Iphone 6 in January 2015. i was promised by legal department that the DEFAULT will go away after 6 months of consecutive payments. so the DEFAULT was supposed to be removed on the 13th of December 2015. everytime i call experian, its there, not removed. When i call the legal team at MTN, they advise that the default is not reflecting on their system so it was probably removed. i dont get any joy, please help.
