Frustrated customer since 2020 to date!!!!!

My frustrations with MTN is honestly the pits of me. If my contract is not extended for another 24months without my acknowledgement than they decided on my behalf when are they going to log my contract cancelation request. November I requested for my contracts to be canceled made all the necessary payments and to my surprise ot was only loaded in December, the 24th to be specific! Like really now!!! I had to make another payment again! Now am on calls with your useless call center that's good at cutting my calls. GUYS ALL I WANT FROM YOU IS A PAID UP/SETTLEMENT LETTER, PLEASAE TOE!!!
