Frustrated customer, NO SERVICE!!!
<p>No Phone service since thursday 18-08-2016, cannot make make or receive calls, cannot do any banking due to no fault of my own, due to MTN. till now this has not been resolved, and I have been advised the issue will be resolved when it happens??? what kind of customer service is this ? each time I have called 808 I have received excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please treat this as a matter of urgency!!!</p>

kindly be advised be advised that we tested the number ********** 455 it rings,please try making outgoing calls should it gives an error use the code below to deactivate all the possible barrings #330*0000# and it should work properly.

Thank you for replying, however let me explain why me phone rings, it's because I have a dual sim so in the event I do not answer my primary number, the my secondary rings. I have this service for my own reasons, however I require my primary number to work, this is were OTP's etc get sent. you cannot have OTP's sent to two phone's at the same time, and if just phonning a number and it rings is a test, and the tester assumes all is fine, then I don't hold much hope for MTN and their testing, no wonder nothing works, becuase upgrades get implemented, and proper testing does not happen, so I suggest you go back, and test again.
