Frustrated customer

MTN is total bull****. They have been inconveniencing me all the time with their contract. Had a contract which ended in March and did a new one that costs less from what I was paying, stopped it in April. I still paid for two contracts snd the other one ended in March. I went to woodlands branch and they told me I’ll pay that amount double because I cancelled it later. April and May I paid double… and even June statement shows two contracts that I’m paying for and the other one was closed and finished with. I’m so fed up I don’t want it anymore.

Sad part is, when they want you to open a new contract they call you everyday but can’t assist when you have problems. Even at the branch they will tell you to call 135 by yourself…
