Frustrated customer

MTN jubilee mall are giving me a run around. I recently purchased a phone and returned it within 3 days of purchase due to issues experienced on the phone and they are refusing to give replacement instead they said they are booking it for repairs why when the policy says it replace if returned within 7 days. I want this to be resolved ASAP as this whole this is inconveniencing me. I won't recommend MTN if they are busy ****ming us like this.

On the 23rd of July 2025 I received a call from MTN saying that I qualify for 5G router upgrade and the salesperson asked me about my location and she said I have coverage, so we signed up contract. And if I experience any issues with the device, I qualify to cancel the contract within 10 days from the date of contract. The following day 24th July 2025 I received the device from DSV courier... I then plugged the device and there was no network signal. I then called MTN to explain about network and I was told to call coverage Department... I did call the department, and they asked me my coordinates which I did, and I was told that my area does not have 5G coverage at all and the coverage department asked me to contact Monde to collect the device since I don't have network... I did call them, and we arrange collection but since they never called me about collecting the device. On the 27th of July I then went to Jubilee mall MTN to hand IN the device, but they advised me to call MTN to come to collect their parcel since it was PURCHASED ONLINE. I DID call MTN 135 AND they told me that they see my complain on the system and they will escalate the matter but to my surprise I never received any call or update about collection. On the 7th of August I did call MTN, and they said they will escalate the matter even on the 2nd of October I called MTN, and I was advised to submit the Device to Jubilee mall and on Saturday I went to jubilee mall, and they cancelled the contract but they say they will penalize me to cancel the contract. I will be reporting this to other social media as you seem to assist with attention from them.
