frustrated customer

poor service is not even the work I have been trying to get my query resolve with MTN for almost two week even the complaints department doesn't respond my debit order came back unpaid while the money is in my account and all I've been asking is that they give details to pay for where they messed up but no instead I'm being sent from pillar to post I'm not sure what to do next
