Frustrated customer

No one thus far from MTN has bothered to assist me with my query. This is absurd because my life is hanging and nothing is being done. Can someone come up with a solution as I cant keep paying for a contract that doesn't meet all the agreed requirements. What is a point of keeping this number if I wont be getting calls. Can you rather cancel this contract as this clearly is not important to you to resolve.
