Frustrated customer
My mother has a certain amount she's told to pay and she doesn't know what the money is for and nobody can give her an explanation, as a result of that her phone has been locked ***), she's been trying to resolve this issues before it was locked but she couldn't be assisted at the call center as the matter is currently with legal. She's had problems with her contract phone previously and she didn't receive any help, she was being transferred from pillar to post but still she couldn't get any concrete explaining as to what the money is for and now she's been advised to send an email to legal which I sent on her behalf. She has not been contacted and it's over a week now.<br> <br> Please can you advise what is the amount of R1276.46 for? <br> <br> Thanks and Kind Regards<br>
