Frustrated Customer
Take note that I have requested on numerous times that my account be closed at the store in Hemingways East London, Eastern Cape. According to them the teller that assisted me in my last payment no longer work for them as a result my account was never closed and was advised that the account was already handed over to MTN internal lawyers as the system reflects pending. for years now i am struggling to get the account sorted out with no luck. please i am frustrated and need help to sort it out.
