Frustrated 😠 😡 👿 😤 customer

On Monday, 02 April 2024 I was called by a lady from MTN Kollonade who told me the phone is back from Warehouse ( TECHNICIANS) so I must come and collect my phone, however the phone is not fixed.

Is it possible to collect the phone that is not working 😕 😕 what am I going to do with the phone that is not working? I told them either they give me the new phone or they cancel the contract.
