Frustrated customer

I have a home wifi contract with MTN and soon after taking it I realized it's only 100GIG and I called to upgrade for the 500 gig home Wifi, they sent me a link to make the payment before they proceed with the delivery process, it's been almost 2 months and no WIFI was delivered and I made an inquiry only to find out the deal was canceled without being informed, I was asked whether I still want to cancel but I said it's fine they can proceed with delivering the new one,,, they told me it would take 24-48 hrs... It's now going on two weeks without further assistance
