Frustrated client who will never associate with your brand

On the 2nd of February 2024 I bought a pocket router for my daughter at your Alberton new market mall it was only active until the 5th February , I received a call from one of your consultant the day I bought that router asking me if I had purchased a router from yourselves which I explained that it is not working. I have been sent from pillar to post I don't know how many times I have been to your branch seeking help however non is given, my case was moved to your ***** department still nothing is being done my child is falling behind on her school work while I decided to trust your brand if this is how you treat your clients?
