Frustrated by MTN

I have two lines with MTN, both contracted. Currently I have upgraded 1 line ***) and request MTN to cancel another contract line ***). I was given cancellation figures to pay, which I did. My problem currently is that, MTN has blocked incoming calls on 083 number and all my units disappeared. I have being calling MTN call center many times with no luck in resolving the problem. I even went to their branch, with a hope of being unassisted, again I was asked to go back to call center. I am frustrated as I have being send from pillar to post for the last 2 months. Again I am expected to pay the active contract, while they don't load units and data.

Your assistant on this matter will be highly appreciated.
