Frustrated

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. MTN are the biggest waste of my life ever. I don't know the number for the sim card in my router. I would like to finish paying off the account but NO ONE in store can help with with a number or a contact in legal. I have never called around, visited stores or listened to so much nonsense in my life. I am exhausted. This is messing with my credit score and all I want to do is pay it. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND AMOUNT DUE????? I am so frustrated this has been months of fighting now. I hate MTN and if you like peace I advise switching to ANY OTHER network. Goodness!!!!
