FRUSTRATED AS MTN DEBITED MORE THAN REQUIRED WITH NO NOTIFICATION NOR REASON!!!~
<p>I am very dissapointed and frustrated by MTN! I have a contract for two Cellphones and I pay R978 monthly for them. On the 30th June 2017 MTN decided to double debit me twice equaling to R1 956.00! I am a young black woman trying to live a simple life in JHB and It is frustrating to wake up and see that you are R978 short of money you had planned for the month! I called MTN the whole day and no one gave me a direct answer on why I was double debited. There were many different stories and this made me cry all the way to Newcastle where I was going to visit my mother. The money that was debited was to be used to buy groceries for my mother but that did not happen as MTN had taken my money!!! I am now frustrated as I do not know how I will survive the rest of the month because I am broke!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is really SAD what happend to me and if I had the money I would settle my account and NEVER do business with MTN as it doesnt care about its customers! </p>

Kindly be advised that we have evaluated your account and picked up that the reason for double debit its because you requested for the debit order date to be changed to the 30th even if we can refund R978.00 on the 30/07/2017 the system will still double debit the your account.

Good day
The above does not make sense to me. MTN used to debit on the 15th of every month. I have changed jobs and requested that you change to the 30th. I have never skipped any debit, why would you double debit because you debited on the 15th May and debited again on the 30 June (of which you took double). I do do not want any double debits but I want my refund as it make a great difference in my life.
