Frustrated as ever .
<p>MTN *****ly signed into to upgraded contracts that I do not know about .</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not enter into new or upgraded contract with MTN this year .</p> <p> </p> <p>So please MTN cancel all the new contracts you took under my name this year .</p>

kindly send us the certified copy of ID and affidavit specifying that you did not request for upgrade on your contract will then log a request to ***** for further investigation.
