FRUSTRATED

I cancelled the contract with MTN but they are still debiting my account. Worst part they even debited an amount of R2400 for clawback product that I'm not aware of. and on top of that when you cancel their contract you have to return the router to the store in order for the cancellation, you can't give them the notice without returning the router and they charge you for a month without using the internet, when you query there is no proper information given to you as the customer. Can MTN cancel this contract since I already returned the router at their branch in Randfontein. It's been 3 months without using their product but they're still debiting. SO FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING.
