frustrated

I am sick and tired of this bad service from mtn!!! Mtn contacted me and said im due for an upgrade i did the upgrade over the phone, provided them with my delivery address and still no device received, maybe i should rather move to a service provider that is willing to assist me waiting almost two weeks no device when i phone in the tell me it is an instore pick up????? im so frustrated!!!! If i ask on the mtn WhatsApp chat no feedback ??
