Frustrated

i have app**** on the 02/08/2022 for an MTN contract, when i tracked my application it says "congratulations you are pre-approved, one of our consultants will contact you soon" i phoned almost everyday, and i still didnt get a cal from anyone. now when i track my application it says " application received, a consultant will contact you soon". NOTHING, no call received yet. on Friday 12/08/2022 i phoned again and the lady escalated all my details to the sales manager that would phone me before 16h00, NOTHING!!!! it is now the 17th of August, i am waiting 15 days for a consultant to phone me, and they cant put you through to them, they can only keep on escalating the application. on their website they say it takes 3 - 5 working days to do the application. ??????? so i will most probably get a call sometimes in September or never... I am frustrated that it is taking so long and everyday you phone its the same answer.
