Frustrated!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am having to constantly complain on HelloPeter in regards to MTN, I don't know what has happened to customer service and call centre is not at all helpful. My WiFi 2GB kicked in today, it was there this morning however when I go into MTN active it is now gone and I can't use my phone and there is no possible way I have used 2GB of data. I am still waiting for my account to reflect the correct monthly amount and the refund ********** 0. I used to be with Altech and there service was also shocking and when the change was made to MTN I thought that all would be good but it seems like the bad service was also moved along to MTN. I always used to recommend to family and friends that they should use MTN instead of any other provider however I am starting to regret this as the service has become absolutely shocking!!!!!!!</p>
