FRUSTRATED
I have been having problems with my phone and sent it to the Durban repair centre ... they restored it to factory settings and returned it . the problem still persists . i called the istore and they advised that it was a hardware phone and needs to be replaced but MTN insists take it back to repair centre .. how long do i do this dance /? this is a business phone as well and i am loosing business everyday i dont have access to the phone . seriously disgusted with MTN .

HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the handset Manufacturers Repairs guidelines and in accordance with their Standards and mandate.
All our handsets go through full Quality assurance tests before being issued out to clients. For as long as your handset complies with all warranty guidelines, our HVRC will be happy to assist with all the repair issues you might be having or replace it depending on the nature of repair/fault.
Should you not be satisfied with the report received, you may have the device rebooked with specific faults specified so that priority can be elevated and the matter resolved.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
