Frustrated
I haven't experienced such poor service <br> I was a happy client of Nashua mobile for over 10years, and was troubled when news broke that my contract would be migrated, and it seems I had good reason to be troubled. <br> I upgraded my contract and was immediately sold on the Sony Xperia Z2, for all the camera and video capabilities, But most importantly that the phone was advertised as WATERPROOF, in December 2014, this feature was proved wrong, my camera fogged up, my phone went off and that was the end of it. <br> I went to my nearest branch \north gate"and they sent my phone in for repairs. Confirming that my warranty should cover the damage. After weeks of no reply I contacted the repair centre and was told my phone is beyond economical repair(ber)"
