Frustrated

I am extremely frustrated with MTN at the moment, i recently upgraded one of my contracts and Phumlanu Qayiso who has been nothing hut helpful with no assistance of his supervisor whom i have not been hiven the name of after askinf twice, has not sent email instruction or confirmation to dsv for the delivery of my phone. I was sent from pillar to post after about 10 calls to mtn with nobody able to assist. I am very disappointed by the incompetence of Phumlani's supervisor in the retention department
