Frustrasting - Non existent service fgrom MTN South Africa

MTN South Africa is the most inefficient, frustrating "non" service provider I have ever dealt with in all my years as an Office Manager. We had to cancel 3 business contracts, MTN refused to provide a proforma invoice or official quote for our international company to process payment. We had to use the email message from MTN to process the payment. The proof of payment was sent to MTN, MTN cancelled the contracts, and now ignore every request for the cancellation invoices which MTN agreed would be provided after payment was received. This process began in November 2024. 7 (SEVEN) months later, and this matter is still not closed.

Further to this, MTN has processed an UNAUTHORIZED debit order off our business account, the amount of which does not match any of the invoices. All my emails to MTN, ICASA, Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman go ignored. It seems MTN can do as they please with no repercussions.

I highly recommend that any business who is looking for a mobile service provider, try Telkom, Vodacom, Virgin, etc, all else but do not sign up with MTN.
