Frustated by Mtn

I have never thought i would say this but MTN doesnt know the meaning of customer service ,no intergrity ,even now no feedback they communicate with me only i send the email ,they keep on telling my issue is being escellated ,am tired now I dont knwo what to do ,Plz Peter
