Fruad within MTN

Opening contracts and not checking and confirmming the details. Someone open an account with my details. I did an avidavit with SARS that than no is and never was my phone number. I had to pay the fraugrlant amount but it will be "paid back to me" I'm still waiting. A bit over as month later I get another document that I handed over for not paying my account. This was from Oakfield MTN Benoni. They have all the documentation
