Fruad on my ID
<p>***** happened on my ID and I am trying to log this with MTN. They are not responding to any of my mails. They also noted that the ***** department does not contact details for me to phone them.</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for taking the time to answer my call, it’s highly appreciated
Kindly be advised that the MTN account number A*** with cell *** has been suspended due to the ID number used to open the account.
The debit order has been cancelled to avoid the debit order request.
The account is handed over to the attorneys for collection.
We do require the following for our ***** department to investigate the ***** contract ***** done.
Please send to me the affidavit and certified ID copy to send the request to the ***** department.
This will take +-15 working days for the ***** department to investigate and to finalized.
