Fruad from vascoconnect on behalf of MTN

I've been penalized for an MTN Wifi package, which is a month-to-month contract. One of the MTN customer service agents sold me wifi when there is no coverage in the area. I personally did not know there was no coverage in my area. From the time the router got delivered I explained to them its not working and refuse to pay for something that's not working. They sent me an MTN LTE sim card which was apparently a 12 or 24 month contact which I did not authorise. I have been the victim of ***** actively on the MTN plat form. I have been ****med by an agent that's affiliated with MTN. The agent name is Yorke Fynn <***> working for vascoconnect on behalf of MTN. This agent has all my details and somehow blocked my account . I need help please. I've tried calling and still nothing no feedback from MTN NOR vascoconnect
