FRUAD COMMITED IN MY CONTRACT ACCOUNT
Good day am personally not happy with the way things are going right now ,am going to reverse this month premium ,someone committed ***** in my account and took a handset under my name i wonder how did that happen i only upgraded my s4 and also have another contract for blackberry which is due for upgrade i found out now that an upgrade was done on the 22 June by who that what i want to know,how will i trust you guys with such because i know if a person do an upgrade an ID copies is needed so how this this one happen now am not gonna pay for a phone i don't have with me ,that wont happen,i DEMAND ANSWERS ON HOW THAT THAT HAPPEN AM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT AT THE MOMENT ,I WANT THIS SORTED OUT OR CONSIDER ME CANCELLING THIS WHOLE CONTRACT <br> <br> I DEMAND SOMEONE TO CALL ME NOW AND PROVIDE ANSWERS AND STOP THAT ACCOUNT OR CONTRACT NOW NXA I WANT TO KNOW WHICH SIGNATURE IS THE WHO SIGNED FOT THAT ,

If someone has opened a ********** account in your name, need to do an affidavit stating that you did not open the contract and give us the details of the contract or the cell phone number. The affidavit and a certified copy of your ID needs to be faxed or emailed to us.
