FROM THE REFUND TO A PLUS ACCOUNT

Willem Loots promised me by way of an e-mail in writing that MTN must refund me the amount of R6750.00. Now all of a sudden after the matter was closed with the agreement at the National Consumers Offices, I allegedly now own MTN some thing in the amount of R4000.00? How is this possible? I am not going to take responsibility of Mr Loot's errors. Now that MTN must pay me back, now they want money from me instead. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MTN even if Willem Loots has to pay it out of his own pocket. I cannot do his work for him. PLEASE PAY ME THE AMOUNT OF R6750.00 AS PROMISED IN WRITING!!!!
