From Mr Cross

Mtn have done it to me for too long now, they gave me a contract and breached it. I purposely put the simcard on lock because I knew I was going to use a different network sim, then I started getting billed and I cancelled the sim card and disputed the bills for 16 months. Then they addressed me for an upgrade to a Norah Litsie I don't know her and why mtn call me as this name, I was the told these were monthly charges for a simcard that are mandatory, that was not true its been activated without me knowing. Now mtn tell me this is a business account it isn't it my personal account. Now my contract is paid up and that had to be done because they threatened me with charges if I don't pay up and cancel the end of the account. No help at all from my 3 references and proof of contract.
