From Bad To Worse?
<p>I've always love MTN as my network provider and it's been that way for years.... But I'm amazed that in the past year the service has become so bad it's unbelievable!</p> <p>Firstly you can never get network anywhere! What's app calls and any network live streaming is Impossibe to you! </p> <p>Yes you can increase your prices on data and make money of such made network service... What once use to be the strongest is now the lowest and most expensive out of all networks? </p> <p>Wow more for making money the customer satisfaction I see.... </p> <p> Doubt you are even worth the one star rating .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Kindly be advised that when there is an upgrade done, and there is a change in packages the remaining minutes from the previous package are forfeited. Due to increasing operation costs, distribution costs, transport costs, handset price increases, infrastructure costs, failing exchange rates and increase in taxes. The reduction in mobile termination rates, coupled with the increased costs of network investment, has necessitated a review of pricing.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
