From bad to even worse if that's possible
<p>I get a reply from Alice van der Merwe, but this woman hasn't even bothered to call to hear the full story nor has she even answered my question. I want this sorted out and not to be given half a$$ed answers to my query. can somebody that actually has a brain and can read to understand get back to me? adn I refuse for Alice van der Merwe to be that person</p>
