I battle for a year now to get them to sort out my account with no success or co operation fro there billing department for a mistake there office in the Mall @ Reds made. . You can't talk to them. Sending emails is not working. There customer care is useless as there CEO Mr. Ralph Mupita I send him to emails more than a month ago. He did not even make an effort to answer my back. My Internet service was suspended due to this problem This morning I recieved an email stating I own MTN R 6560 for services render. The question is what services was render. I have for one no service from them.

The service was suspended by MTN accounts.
