Friendly and efficient

I am very impressed with MTN Irene Mall. I have recently taken out a new contract (during the strike period when other MTN stores were closed), did an insurance claim and did an upgrade at this store.<br> <br> The staff are by far the most helpful and efficient I've seen at an MTN store. I am used to waiting in queues and getting poor service (Centurion Mall store comes to mind). However at MTN Irene Mall I have never waited in a queue for long, and the staff have always done their best to assist me in a friendly and timely manner.<br> <br> Chantel specifically has always been very helpful and has even had staff called back from smoke breaks to assist customers who came looking for specific representatives to assist them. They should set the benchmark for the rest of the MTN stores in the country.
