Friday and still no one can find my order and i paid already!!!!!!

My second post about this issue. I ordered a prepaid phone on 17th August and I paid with my credit card . I got my order confirmation email and proof of payment. MTN said it will be delivered within 5 -7 working days and nothing yet. Called mtn like 100 times and not a single agent can help me trace my order with my order number or id number .

Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane contacted me via my first post and asked for proof of payment and confirmation email of my order an I have sent it to her but no reply back. This is pathetic, its so easy for them to take your money but not deliliver your device.

I dont know who to call as no ne can assist.!!!!!
