Frezzing contract phone

We App**** for the contract phone in jabulani mall and we where help by the manager nd after 2 days the phone frezze nd we took it back and she was not there here colleagues sow the phone ask us can we go to another store to get the new one thna we told them it's far and promise us by Friday the phone Wil be delivered Saturday we went to fetch the phone the manager tell us different story that we won't get the new phone.the phone that we Wil get is the one that is Goin to be fixed and ask them how can we get a new contract phone that is been fixed and now we AR facing the problem that they don't want to cancel our contract am not happy at all
