Freezing Phone after Repairs

I was almost ****** few back and while i tried to save my phone it fell and i reported the matter to my MTN insurance and i paid R150 so and my phone was picked up from my office, after a couple of days my phone was return and ever since i got it back, been having problems with my screen, its freezing and each time i miss work related calls as when i swipe to answer it will freeze, it will be stuck there until i miss a call, when typing messages same, freeze. I never used to have freezing phone before my phone fell, i took insurance on my phone for a good purpose and im stuck with with a more bigger problem, im not sure if they used cheap products to fix my phone or not, i cant use my phone normally like before. I am based in Bloemfontein and apparently our phones are repaired in KZN, i not really satisfied with the repairs done on my phone, not at all!!!
