Free twitter is a **** from MTN

Mtn is so useless they can't even respond or fix a problem that is posted on Hello Peter. What is the use of this platform?

My 1st attempt at fixing my data problem. MTN Free twitter is lies. Pure lies. Its a ****. I have never used 500mb Twitter cap yet my data is depleted. HOW? When my AOS is 165mb, Whatsapp that I used more than any thing is 50.41mb Instagram 48.20 Tell me HOW? I need my data back and compensate me for days that I spent with out data that I have loaded with my hard earned cash.

My 2nd Attempt at fixing my problem is response bellow I DONT SEE WHAT MY ID NUMBER HAS TO DO WITH THIS, IM ON PREPAID. ITS JUST A DELAY PROCESS. DONT COME AND CLAIM THAT I USE MORE THAN 500mb A DAY CAUSE I CAN STILL USE TWITTER CURRENTLY. NOTE THAT IF YOU DONT RETURN MY DATA AND COMPENSATE ME WITH DAYS OF NO DATA, I WILL BE PLEASED TO PORT TO A BETTER NETWORK. I'M TIRED OF RESOLVING MY ISSUES WITH YOU VIA HELLO PETER.
