"FREE" tablet with upgrade and then you pay for it and no one comes back

Struggling to get any feedback from the Local MTN and Head office. Every time they promise to give feedback within 24 to 48 hours but after 8 months still no feedback. When I upgrade in November 2017 to the P10 there was a special where you get a tablet and data for free with the P10. Since then I am charged R150 each month. First I phone Janovia Skieman at MTN College square in Bloemfontein and day after day she promised me that she will phone me back or send feedback. In May I decided to try the call centre as Janovia NEVER phoned me back as promised and call centre logged a call (1- ********** 1736) Spoke to Jayshree on 14/05. She said I will get a sms within 72 hrs. On 23/05 I phoned the call centre again and spoke to Jabulo. He said that he escalated this to his manager. On 28/05 I phoned again and spoke to Nkosi. She also escalated this and said i will get feedback within 24 hrs. On 7/06 I phoned again and spoke to Thakanie. Again this was escalated to a manager. On 14/06 I phoned the call centre again. Explained my whole story and gave all the call reference numbers and was holding the line for almost 15 min and was cut off. Then I tried the Local MTN at college square and asked to speak to the manager. The lady said that the manager was busy but will phone me back. 3 Days later still no phone from the manager as promised again. Everyone is making promises and STILL NOTHING. I am paying R150 for 8 months now for something that was supposed to be "FREE". I am really fed up. MTN is taking my money and time.
