Free not to use!

I have always liked MTN as a service provider but, yesterday after recharging, they gave me R200 free airtime valid for one day.. When I tried to use it and go on the internet, it was not working at all and when I wanted to check for bundles, the system suddenly had an "error". MTN, please do not give me "free" airtime anymore, its Absolutely pointless!!
