Free data promotions with new contracts are as ****

When MTN promised a free 30 Gb bundle with a new contract, I was fairly excited at the prospect, however a month and half later all I feel is anger and disappointment at MTN's lack of delivery. I have called their call center 6 times already and received a variety of idiotic excuses on why they haven't done anything yet, it should be noted that I have received reference numbers everytime. At this point I have almost given up on the idea of MTN doing what they promised, and would just like to warn others thinking of taking out a contract there...... DON'T
