Free 10gb pm for 3 months

So I upgraded my 2 contracts almost 2 months ago and part of the upgrade was to receive free 10gb pm for 3 months. Since I upgraded I have not received the 10gb and I’m going on the second month now and honestly I’m very busy and I don’t have time to be on hold with your customer service for an hour. I’m so annoyed right now!
