**********ly upgraded my data contract

Good afternoon, MTN sales person phoned Me today selling an upgrade for data sim. I told him that my contract is ending in March 2023 and won't be entering into a contract agreement over the phone. As soon as he hanged up I received a message from MTN with new order number. I immediately called them because I didn't order anything. To my surprise my contract was upgraded. I tried to cancel but I was taken from pillar to post, told that the person who upgraded my contract is working for Sama. How I do not know. Shockingly I received a debit authorization request from ABSA for MTN for R6745. From having a R200 monthly to 6745 monthly. MTN services is poor. I just want to cancel the contract I was **********ly entered into but have been taken from pillar to post.
