********** use of my documents that I left at your store

Hi MTN I await your response to my dispute that I lodged via messenger as per your advise in relation to my August 2018 payslip, id and bank statement that I left at your store when I took a cellphone contract and that same payslip was used at Bradlows to take R60 000 furniture. It is very strange that such a huge company doesnt even have an email that I can use to lodge complaints. I have never even received a call asking for further details in relation to my dispute. You are now ignoring me on messenger. This person who got my documents from your staff members hasn't stopped trying to open accounts using those documents. I'm really disgusted that there is no protection for such sensitive documents that we entrust you with when we buy your products. And your lack in redressing such a sensitive issue. There is absolutely no other company that has my August 2018 payslip except MTN. Infact it was by God that I discovered that it's my August payslip that was used. I await your feedback.
