********** upgrading
For the past two months mtn has upgraded my contract in two separate occasion without my permission . Firstly they udgraded my contract to another number and when I called them they told me they are gonna take it to their ***** department. Till today nobody called me from their ***** department. On the 17th of August 2022 I received a statement from mtn that says I upgraded again to a IPhone 13. The statement also says I owe them R1500 for this month. I never took any upgrading with mtn in the last year. Can you help me with this matter.

15 Nov 2025, 12:45After 3 years I'm back with the same problem that MTN can't solve. On the 14th of November 2025, MTN decided to come back to this account and deducted R3375 on my back account, I reversed the deduction and I must pay the bank for reversal. MTN is still robbing me after 3 years
