********** upgrades on my contracts

This is a long story but I'm really frustrated and upset with MTN.

I had contracts with MTN in the past two few years. One was running month to month, a phone contact and the other an IPad.

The contact expired last year around October and I cancelled it, got the confirmation and everything. In February this year, I got a notification that R500 was taken from my account by MTN. I called and I was told to e-mail an affidavit and a certified copy of my ID, I did that and there was no reply. The following month money was debited again, I called again and re-sent the relevant documents. Same thing happened the following month, this time I sent the e-mail with the lady holding and she confirmed that she received the documents. I had to call again because the money hadn't been refunded back to me. I was told it would be credited to my other contract, but I insisted that it be sent back to my account, finally this issue was sorted out and I received my money. I cancelled that number because I didn't want this happening again

To my surprise last month, 1st of August, R500 was debited from my account. I called and I was told it was a ********** upgrade, now I was really upset. The lady told she'll send the request through and that I would be contacted in a few days. I reversed this debit order because at this point I sick of loosing money to MTN.

Today is the 1st of August and an amount of close to R1000 was taken from my account. I really can't understand why this is still happening, this is a lot of money that's been taken from me. I am so upset right now I really feel like I want nothing to do with MTN, ever.

MTN please stop taking money me!!!!! if it mean removing my name from your database please do so. I've never recieved such appalling service from a service provider in my life.

I've come to the realization that for MTN to take me seriously I have to use this platform.
A lady In the above reply, Ayanda Jack quickly responded and we communicated via e-mail and by the 19th September I had sent all the required documents. I had thought this issue was resolved but by the end of September R1418.80 was debited from my account. Sent 2 e-mails to Ayanda jack but I got no reply.
One 6th of October I called MTN and I was told that two days prior to that, a request was made for for me to receive my money back, I was told I would recieve my money back, I waited (reference number : ********** 64)
One the 14th October I called again and I was assisted by Mosa, he put me through to the finance department and the guy that helped me didn't understand why I was put through to him. He told me to hold as he asked his supervisor, I held for about 15 minute until the line got disconnected.
I called again and Gregory answered, he told me the request for me to recieve my money has been sent through, he gave me the same reference number I got on the 6th of October.
Today is the 17th of October and I still haven't received my money back. It is really upsetting that MTN is putting me through so much frustration.
Like I said in the previous complaint, I have never recieved such appalling service in my life. MTN keeps disappointing me and I've had it. Really I have.
MTN please give me my money back so I can change my number & never have to deal with you guys again!!!
