********** upgrade on my contract

The response provided by MTN is a diplomatic response with no action, after a case was reported a month ago it is only now that they are going to inform their ***** unit??. I'm expecting action and consequences for those who did not do their work. I'm currently incurring costs on cancelling and stopping the debit order. Who's going to reimburse me?
